The hard shell of a helmet, whether tactical or ballistic, is designed to protect your head in the most adverse conditions. However, if no or inadequate padding is used, a helmet can cause damage to your head. Tactical Helmet Replacement Pads provide wearers sufficient support during wear and impact. This helmet pad set comes with 33 pieces of high-density foam for superior support. These can be placed in the following areas for the best level of safety and comfort: around the sides and back of the head for side impacts and to protect the ears, on the front for forehead cushioning, and on the top for downward pressure. These helmet pads are also better molded to contour both the helmet and the wearer. The high-density foam is shock absorbent, as well, making for a safer helmet and pad combination. Just take your old clunker pads and put these down, add the black pads where you need a tighter fit. Well worth the investment for long days of convoying or field training.

Thickness: The base layer (tan) of the foam liner is about 1/2 ”thick, the second layer (black) is about 3/8”.

Compatible: The pad replacement feels good inside an ACH, ME, Team Wendy, FMA, EXF helmet and offers all-day comfort. The style makes them super comfortable and adjustable.

Customizable: The protective mat comes with 2 liners, which are supposed to go together. The tannish-colored one has the base and the black one on it. You can do any custom.

Fit you want: All of the pads are separate and customizable. You put them in your helmet where it best suits you. They are pretty awesome that way.
